Exchanges & returns

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in brand new, unopened condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals, shrink wrap, and stickers intact
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if the requested item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be offered instead
  • Only one exchange is permitted per original order

Returns conditions
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in brand new, unopened condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals, shrink wrap, and stickers intact
  • The item must include all original contents (game boards, cards, pieces, rulebooks, etc.)
  • Proof of purchase from Gamily.ca is required

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened board games
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at fun@gamily.ca within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason
  • For exchanges, also specify the replacement item you would like
  • Wait for our authorization confirmation before shipping anything back
  • Ship the item back in secure packaging to protect it in transit

 

Shipping Costs

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you — outbound
  • shipping fees may apply
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
