We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
In the event of a pricing error, Gamily reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

Opened Items: Once the shrink-wrap is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return unless it is defective.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Gamily or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our branding without express written permission.

7. Pre-Order Policy

By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that the release date is an estimate provided by the publisher. Delays are common in the board game industry (shipping logs, customs, production). We will do our best to keep you informed of any major changes to the expected arrival date.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada
