Welcome to Gamily! We want to get your next favorite game into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
1. Processing Times

Ready to Play: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Weekend Play: Orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, or Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order is available.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping to keep things simple:

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your games are on the move, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.
4. International Shipping
Currently, Gamily ships to [Insert Countries, e.g., the United States and Canada]. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Gamily is not responsible for these charges.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
We pack our games with extra care (and plenty of bubble wrap) to ensure they arrive in "Mint Condition."

Damaged in Transit: If your box arrives looking like an Ogre stepped on it, please contact us at fun@gamily.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Missing Components: If a game is missing a meeple or a card from the factory, we recommend contacting the game’s publisher directly for the fastest replacement, but we are always happy to help you navigate that process!
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your coordinates! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may require an additional shipping fee to send it out a second time.
