Refund policy
Returns conditions
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in brand new, unopened condition
- The product must be in its original packaging with all seals, shrink wrap, and stickers intact
- The item must include all original contents (game boards, cards, pieces, rulebooks, etc.)
- Proof of purchase from Gamily.ca is required
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened board games
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital downloads or gift cards
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason
- For exchanges, also specify the replacement item you would like
- Wait for our authorization confirmation before shipping anything back
- Ship the item back in secure packaging to protect it in transit
Shipping Costs
- Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you — outbound shipping fees may apply
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
